  • Who is the provider of the XPAY insurance benefits?

    XPAY has partnered with AXA Insurances, a leading insurance provider with a reputation for reliable and effective insurance services. AXA is responsible for processing all claims.

  • Am I covered for COVID-19?

    Yes COVID-19 illnesses are covered. Please refer to the benefit descriptions for cover details which you can find in the "Legal documents" section (https://loverscard.xpay.cards/legal-documents).

  • Are cruises covered?

    There is no exclusion for cruises as long as the trip definition is met and payment was made using your ("LoversCard“) Mastercard® Debit Card.

  • What is the maximum trip duration that can be covered by the travel insurance?

    The duration of a trip may not exceed 60 consecutive days, with a maximum of 180 travel days allowed within a 12-month period.

  • Is my companion covered by the travel insurance policies?

    In the majority of insurance policies, the cardholder's closest relatives are also covered. You can find more detailed information about this in the "Legal documents" section (https://loverscard.xpay.cards/legal-documents).

  • How do I make an insurance claim?

    Claims should be made as soon as possible after the incident, which can be done by calling 089998298619 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. All emergency medical claims are handled by our emergency service around the clock.
